Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll guide you through the process and provide further instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot cover return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For custom orders and items marked as final sale, we're unable to accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. Thank you for understanding.
